本专业培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，既具备森林康养、森林景区管理、康养服务及管理基本理论和技能，又能够在国家公园、自然保护区、森林公园、森林康养基地、酒店等相关企事业单位从事导游服务、景区管理及康养业服务和基层管理工作，具备较强的口头表达能力、人文素养、生态意识、创新能力和可持续发展能力的高素质技能型人才。主干课程：旅游政策与法规、旅游学概论、导游业务、景区服务与管理、导游基础知识、旅游服务心理、森林植物学、生态旅游资源、酒店服务与管理、森林康养实务、情景导游服务、食疗与养生及旅游服务英语等。此外，还开设了云南少数民族饮食文化、民族民间歌曲、少数民族传统体育、旅行社经营管理、普洱地方菜制作、演讲与口才、森林运动疗法、休闲农业等拓展课程。就业方向：毕业生主要在高星级酒店、旅游景区（包括国家公园、森林旅游景区、旅游度假区、大型主题公园、森林公园等部门）服务与管理（主要是景区销售、景点讲解、导游服务、基层管理）、康养服务企业与组织从事接待与服务、运营管理等相关工作。修业年限：3年，为“2+0.5+0.5”模式（“2”就是一二年级在校学习，第1个“0.5”离校完成跟岗实习及毕业设计，第2个“0.5”离校完成顶岗实习或进行专升本考试准备）。职业资格证书：茶艺师中级、导游资格证等。特色：近年来，云南积极推进全域旅游，促进一二三产业协调发展，大力发展森林生态旅游，助推保健养生、康复疗养、健康养老等森林康养服务等新兴业态。该专业将旅游与康养相集合，在课程修读期间，既能掌握旅游业相关从业理论知识与能力，同时兼备康养行业的服务技能与就业能力。

Career Direction: Graduates are mainly engaged in service and management (mainly scenic spot sales, attraction interpretation, guide service, grassroots management) in high star hotels, scenic tourism spots (including national parks, forest tourism scenic spots, tourism resorts, large theme parks, forest parks, and other departments), recreation service enterprises and organizations in reception and service, operation and management and other related work.
