培养掌握现代酒店管理基础理论、专门知识和专业技能，能够在国内各星级酒店、高级住宿业机构、酒店管理公司、康养休闲服务企业以及教育科研机构从事接待服务、运营管理、营销设计和培训咨询等工作，具有人文素养、可持续发展能力和创新创业能力的高级应用型人才。

主干课程：旅游接待业、旅游目的地管理、旅游消费者行为、旅游经济学、酒店运营管理、酒店客户管理、酒店商务英语、会展策划与管理、酒店品牌建设与管理等。

就业方向：国内各星级酒店、酒店管理公司、康养休闲服务企业以及教育科研机构从事接待服务、运营管理、营销设计和培训咨询等工作，亦可从事旅游业相关工作。

修业年限：2年，为“1+0.5+0.5”模式（“1”就是一二年级在校学习，第1个“0.5”离校进行实习，第2个“0.5”返校完成毕业论文及课程结课）。毕业生可选择到省内或省外发达城市就业，工作环境好，就业前景优。优秀毕业生可推荐参加国际、国内酒店集团管培生测试，通过考核者可获得在酒店集团内部快速晋升的职业发展机会。

Main courses: tourism hospitality, tourism destination management, tourism consumer behavior, tourism economics, hotel operation management, hotel customer management, hotel business English, exhibition planning and management, hotel brand building and management, etc. Career direction: domestic star hotels, hotel management companies, recreation and leisure service enterprises, and education and research institutions engaged in hospitality services, operation and management, marketing design and training and consulting work, and also engaged in tourism-related work. Duration of study: 2 years, "1+0.5+0.5" model ("1" is the first and second year of study in school, the first "0.5" leave school for internship, the second "0.5" return to school to complete the thesis and course completion).
