本专业依托云南及周边国家建筑行业，根据岗位群定课程，以国家现行相关规范标准为依据，以工程实际施工图纸为载体，围绕工程建设全过程，重点培养学生实际动手能力，培养培养具备建筑工程预算、结算、决算知识和技能，掌握工程造价的流程，能从事建筑工程造价、建筑工程管理等工作的高素质技能型专门人才。主干课程：《工程制图与识图》、《房屋建筑学》、《建筑工程材料》、《工程招标投标和合同管理》、《建筑工程技术》、《建筑安装工程定额与造价确定》、《钢筋平法施工》、《建筑工程计量与计价》、《工程造价软件应用》等课程。就业方向：毕业后主要面向建筑工程施工、工程造价咨询等相关企、事业单位，从事建筑工程的施工、建筑工程招投标与工程造价预算、结算、决算等工作。主要岗位是建筑工程造价员、造价咨询师、资料员、施工与管理员等，相关岗位为园林、道路等行业的技术员、施工员、材料员。
Based on the construction industry in Yunnan and neighboring countries, this major sets the curriculum according to the job groups, takes the relevant national standards as the basis, takes the actual construction drawings as the carrier, focuses on the whole process of engineering construction, cultivates the practical hands-on ability of students, cultivates the knowledge and skills of the construction budget, settlement and final account, masters the process of engineering costing, and is able to engage in construction costing and construction project management, etc. The course focuses on training students to have knowledge and skills of construction project budgeting, settlement, and finalization, master the process of engineering costing and be able to engage in construction project costing and construction project management. Main courses: Engineering Drawing and Mapping, Housing Architecture, Construction Materials, Bidding and Contract Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Quotas and Cost Determination of Construction and Installation Works, Steel Flat Construction, Measurement and Pricing of Construction Works, Application of Engineering Costing Software, etc. Employment Direction: After graduation, the course is mainly oriented to construction engineering, engineering cost consulting, and other related enterprises and institutions, which are engaged in construction, construction bidding, and construction cost budget, settlement, and final account. The main positions are construction project costumer, cost consultant, information clerk, construction and administrator, etc. The related positions are technicians, construction workers, and material clerks in garden and road industries.
